Don’t buy any accessories or packs from Yamaha for this model. Don’t get me wrong, I love my bike, but when I got my dedicated fly screen it almost scared me how shitty it is! It’s made in Thailand, so I didn’t expected top quality, but c’mon Yamaha! You can do better…

Like to see what you define a Maxi Scooter as because I'd delete more than half of those on your list as the motor is less than an actual 400cc. Only three on your video I'd personally call Maxis: The Kymco AK550 Premium, The Yamaha T Max 560 and the Honda 750 ADV. All the rest are town scooters and would not tour with the likes of a touring Motorcycle like a Triumph Tiger 850. I personally own a AK 550 Premium and think it is great, blue and way better value for money than the ugly Yamaha shark face T Max.

When i did my mod 1 the other day i was 25 miles from home and had to call someone to bring it to me so i can do the test. Costed me 50 quid for that delivery but i passed lmao.

More range anxiety coming up as it would probably only cover about fifty miles in cold weather, give me petrol any time. Made in England is plenty enough to stop me buying one as well as range. Sorry but I think it's a total useless bike once out of London.

Any tips on routes there from Norfolk? Trying to plan a route thats not just motorway miles!

Honestly these things (and scooters like them) are amazing in/around town or European suburbs. If you need to commute daily for hundreds of kms perhaps it's time to look at a larger bike or scooter, but for a lot of people this will be closed to the fastest way to get around town. Also while being quite some fun.

A screaming Chinese bike isn't going to last and I hate red line running bikes. I have a 125GTS Vespa and that does 60mph two up and without howling, but my question is this... For only £500 more you can get a 350cc Royal Enfield Hunter, a better built bike, British designed with almost twice the power, so why would you buy this screamer? I have a Meteor 350 and it is fantastic, 3 classes up from this. £3,000 is way too much for this, I bet they are £1,000 in China, the rest is anti-dumping levies.
